Managing your finances, including payed bills, payed taxes, loaned money, earnings and so on, is not a simple task for most people. That's because you need to log every financial action you perform. Storing all this data in a notebook or agenda makes it really difficult to manage your money, as it may take a lot of time to find a certain piece of information in a crowded agenda.

Fortunately, computer software can help you in this matter. I am talking about the MyCash application, a simple Windows program which allows you to easily manage all your finances in a simple and intuitive interface. After installing the application and running it, the user will notice that there are some sample accounts included. These sample accounts can be viewed and modified freely and have the purpose of showing the program's functionality to the user and make him familiar with the application's features.

When clicking on any account, a new window is displayed, showing all the transaction which were performed for that specific account. These transactions include deposits, payments and other types of debts. After each performed transaction, the credit balance will be automatically updated, allowing the user to see how much money he has left.

Each transaction can be customized at any moment or can be deleted. Besides that, each bank account can be protected with a password, for making it impossible to access by unauthorized users. What's more, for each account, the user can type his own notes, which can be displayed in the lower part of the interface. This will allow the user to know what the account is all about, without accessing it and seeing its transactions.
